This was a 'Dude, I dare you...' moment, a plate full of crawfish, otherwise known as mudbugs. I must admit their appearance is deceiving, they are pretty tasty! The fiery red color doesn't even hint to the temps that day; what you don't see is the big mug of beer that was off to the side.
