This photograph overlooks a narrow section of the reservoir caused by a dam (formerly hydroelectric power source) towards the coal power plant (also since discontinued). This is now a metro park location called the Gorge. After looking back at this photo I think it was a good shot, I only wish I had a tripod handy and a little more time to let the cars go by ;)
