Today it is in our city a great upheaval. We are this afternoon to the fruit parade being look at. From many cities and villages from the neighbourhood itself made carriages drive decorated with fruit and vegetable. There between it many bands walk. I the beginning drives children with bicycles and cart there that also is decorated with fruit and vegetable. To the Waal is a great music festival ‘Appelpop’ that two days last and in the city is do of everything. At the canal all mosaics with fruit lie what looks forward to splendidly there. Every year is it a adventure. These carriage have been built by the youth of my city and present all kinds of toy. They have been weeks busy and the last days the fresh fruit has been stuck on.
