This locomotive drive in Zuid-Limburg and the railway are the Million line called. The locomotive shunts to the wagons to couple. The construction started in 1925, for the coal transport of the coal mines. The goods track line was ready in 1934. In spite of 12 ½ km length the construction of this route cost about 12 millions guilder ( 5.400.000,00 Euro) This is approximately 1 million guilder by kilometre, for that time an enormous amount!! The line gets thus correct the nickname the Million line. There had tunnels, plungers and bridges are built. By underground mining constant sagging threatened arise, which made high demands to the constructions. In sum there also once more 3.5 million cubic meter ground had be moved to catch the unevenness.
