Well, we took a much needed break from cleaning the wreck of our rental townhouse and went down to see the damage that Hurricane Sandy did on Ocean City. Speaking of our townhouse, we found out that our tenant beat his girlfriend and sold drugs out our house. We had to fix a few punch holes in the walls and replace 5 doors due to punch holes. Their dog decided to chew one door b/c they locked it in the bathroom and peed on the carpet. Lesson learned on this unit.
