The Gothic pile & World Heritage Site that is the 11th century Durham Cathedral, set on a hill overlooking the city and the river Wear. The interior of the Cathedral is stunning, but there is a total camera ban in place so I won't be able to convey in images the sense of awe it inspired in me. Hope you like it.
