Not really a shoreline as such, but there seems to be no relevant category. Old fishermens & mariners cottages tumble down the steep hillside of Robin Hoods Bay, Yorkshire. Now the home of an artists community & holiday lets, it was reputed that smuggled barrels of rum etc would enter the village at the harbour end and resurface at the top of the village having made their way through a warren of underground passages & cellars. Ah, free enterprise. Enjoy
