This is one of my wife's roses. I couldn't possibly tell you what kind it is. Not good with the names of them. I took a picture with my Sony Alpha and imported it into a paint program and added a layer of paint strokes. Blended it in with overlay I believe and lowered the opacity of the paint layer so as to not be too destructive to the initial layer.
