Tyrol, which is called 'The Holy Land' by Tyroleans, taken not far from the Bavarian border, heading southeast. The river is called Inn, to the left - not in this shot - you'll find the city of Kufstein, and following the Inn to the right about 50km further you'll reach the Tyrolean capital, Innsbruck ;o)
