The title is a mis-quote from a line in an episode of The Goon Show from 1956 (The quote should be "Great naked kippers me Boots have exploded!").The Goon Show was a radio show that ran throughout the 1950s and into the early 1960s and completely revolutionised British comedy.Without the Goon Show there would never have been Monty Python's Flying Circus and the like.
