This is the sea and Promenade in "Glorious" New Brighton which is situated on the North-West tip of The Wirral Peninsular (opposite Liverpool) in North-West England. This was taken as the wind was freshening and starting to gust at 40 mph (64kph). This is an entry for The B&W Challenge.
