This is a work done by a "Holocaust Artist" named Marian Ko?odziej. He survived all five years of Auschwitz's operation during WWII. I recently visited Poland and saw an exhibit of his works there after visiting Auschwitz. It was a very powerful and sobering experience to say the least.
