My son bought a mixture of sunflower seeds from his friend Jack, and he planted them in his garden. As this one grew, and grew, and grew, we were beginning to think we had a beanstock seed instead of a sunflower. This flower is at least 18 feet tall. One morning when I went out to look at it I could see why it had grown so tall. It was reaching for the moon! Perhaps flowers make wishes upon the moon like we do upon the stars. Perhaps he was wishing for company, it must be lonely up there all by himself.
