A confession booth in Saint John's Abbey, Collegeville, MN. I have probably over 100 pictures of this booth, in color, B&W, sepia and now with this one, simulated IR because I love the warmth of the gold leaf on the wall and how tangible the back cushion seems...the whole thing seems so warm and inviting...interesting given most people's overwhelming aversion to giving confession...
