I took this photo at about 2:30AM. I was on vacation and my family and I were on our way back to NJ from FL and stopped in DC. My tripod was buried under the luggage, so I did my best. Sadly this looks much better at lower resolutions lol but I really like how this shot came out. Please, feel free to critique and advise on how I can improve. I want to get better :) Taken with a Nikon D40x, 55-200mm VR lens. Camera settings: f/4.5, 1/3sec, ISO 1600, 147mm, noise reduction off (oops!)
