A view from the boulder field just before the summit on Ben Macdhui ! This was a day of freak weather for us as the temps. reached around 72, very hot as we started out but thankfully cooler as we gained height.Well worth the effort for the splendid views all around the Ben. So often we have reached a summit to find it shrouded in mist blocking out everyting below our feet.
