While in Germany I was taking pictures one weekend from a bridge over the Main River in Frankfurt when I saw this man ... I tried to figure out what he was looking at and why he would have this "Contraption" on his head but I couldn't figure it out .. :) I thought you all would get a chuckle out of this one ..
