Image captured 7 January at the Carrizo Badlands overlook in the Anza Borrego Desert State Park (California). The large/tall plant on the left side of the image is an Ocotillo - and it has some really nasty spines, of which I was reminded of when I backed into it while capturing one of the earlier images.
