This is a monument to Giovanni Caboto, discoverer of the Northern parts of the New World shortly after Columbus discovered Club Med. I think it also might have been him who introduced really good food to North America. Here he is depicted discovering snow. The photo was given a touch of manip in the hope of increasing visual sparkle.
