A busy night in one of the world's largest cities. I was in Tokyo last year and enjoyed myself a great deal. People were very friendly and helpful. I thought this photograph captured the feeling of the city. By the way, the people smoking are at an outdoor smoking area. You can only smoke outdoors in these areas. I thought that was curious.
