One can almost imagine being back in the Middle Ages on this street in Auxerre, France, with the Cathédrale Saint-Étienne d'Auxerre in the background. In the third century Auxerre became the seat of a bishop and a provincial capital of the Roman Empire. The cathedrale was built between 1211 and 1233. Hey, look!. Did I just see Sir Ulrich von Liechtenstein of Gelderland go into one of those houses???
