Hi everyone, the other day when my dear friend & I were out walking, we came across my son fly fishing for the Ontario Steelhead. Standing in a shallow part of the rapids of the St. Mary's River - he loves their fight and leaping ability. He Catch's and Releases them back into the water after he takes Pictures.

Ontario Steelhead are basically migratory rainbow trout and are arguably the hardest fighting fish around with fresh run fish pulling hard and often leaping multiple times with seemingly endless endurance. Later on in the season the Atlantic Salmon will be coming through to their spawning area.
