So, I *thought* that this may be Scotland Yard?... but probably not. My friend who was leading me around wasn't sure what it was... but it was a nice building. The scenic London Eye is framed behind the building, whatever it may be. Can someone with more London knowledge than me tell me what this building actually is? It had several uniformed "police" people in it, unmoving... and 2 of them were on horses, facing the street.
