On my way back froma holiday at Bright in Victoria last year, I came across a berry farm and on the spur of the moment decided to drop in. When I asked the owner what they had for breakfast this was one of the suggestions. Fresh berries, and strawberries, layered with freshly made fruit yoghurt, and icecream topped with cream. Then to be able to sit out in their beautiful orchard garden and enjoy the lovely spring day was a great way to finish off my holiday. Just writing this has my salivary juices flowing.. enjoy.
