No manipulation needed here.... This flag is believed to be the country's largest "continous" flying flag, It is an established landmark, in the city of Fort Wayne, IN. The flag itself is 50ft x 80ft, each flag costs $3,500.00, several are kept on site. The flag pole is 237ft tall, and as required by the FAA, it even has its own beacon for aircraft flying overhead. The pole weighs 35,600lbs, and the base contains 400,000lbs of re-inforced concrete, also the flag pole measures 43in at the base. The flag is so big, that one man and a 10 mph wind will lift him directly in the air, a team of 10 to 15 people is needed to remove the flag.
