Many towns and villages situated on mountains often have these exterior covered escalators that transport people too and from city center. This one is located in Belluno, Italy and it leads from a large car parking lot at the bottom of the mountain. Editing accomplished with the latest addition from Topaz Labs called Topaz Glow.
