A strange turn of events, It appears that the Evil Overlord has taken over the Pond. I hunted for the little Ducky's for an hour with no luck. A blue heron and the Evil Overlord were the only two who remained. Suddenly! Out of nowhere I heard a goose honking. I turned and spotted another Pond across the road. As I crossed the busy road i saw geese, a great egret, and some ugly ducks at this other Pond. It was then when i saw Momma duck and the six chicks sitting in the shade under a large oak tree. As I approached, momma stayed under the tree while the chicks ran through the chain link fence to greet me. I sure wish I had brought some ducky food along. Those chicks got a bit bigger since a week and a half ago when I took those other shots of them. Yes there were 8 but now there's 6. Have a great Sunday and a Happy Father's Day
