I have been working at KY Dam since 2008 and this little guy has been sighted every year. I'm not real sure what happened to his foot, (fishing line, maybe turtle bite) but he acts like it doesn't effect him one bit. He balances quite well on one foot. *sorry bout the poop on the rail, I was afraid if I kept cropping it would distort the clairity)
