We had really bad storms today for most of the day. At around 6:00 pm, the sun was trying to come out, so I asked my daughter. "Do you want to go for a walk?" We went to Sunken Meadow Park/ Beach it is on the north shore of Long Island. If you open this photo up, you will be able to see the land at the horizon, that is Connecticut, just 14 miles across the water. You can also see some people fish at the shoreline.
