This is in the front of the Balsams Hotel :) There is a little lake right down the hill from here, as you can see, and their golf course starts up a "hill" two miles up a paved road behind the hotel. I don't golf, but I'm not sure I'd like to golf down a mountainside, but the views at the top were good and claimed to look all the way into Canada.. :)PJ
