Yesterday I took a trip down to the southern part of the state and what to my wondering eyes should appear, but full-blown spring replete with ready photo ops ! Amazing stuff it brings with it and I just happened to be there on the day that the fruit trees were blossoming. I know there are a lot of these images on the site already, but you must forgive a northerner for getting excited and posting one anyway. And the scent was as good as the view! :)PJP.S. Also on this day I got to see a cardinal unexpectedly and listen to it SING ..unfortunately I had my macro lens attached at the time and not my zoom, but what a great Mother's Day it made !
