This hummer was shot through my front window using my Pentax K3 II with a shoe flash. The capture was made using a feature on Pentax cameras called catch in focus where you manually focus on an area, put the camera in continuous shooting, attach a cable release, lock the button down and walk away. The camera will only fire if something comes in view and is in focus.
