During a hurricane some time back I was at work (You see why so many of us stayed during Katrina?), and the weather broke long enough for me to go topside on the roof of the building for some photography. Since I work at a Department of Defense base on the Mississippi River the flags were flying, and I snapped a few images to see what I could get. Here's what came out when I looked.
