I saw this train sitting on the tracks through the brush on the left. It was quite still and not going anywhere. When I got to the tracks I could not tell at first which direction it was headed. It seems to me a lot of people have echoed similar statements lately. "I'm so busy I don't know if I'm coming or going." When I looked in the opposite direction I coulod just barely make out the end of the train (no red caboose though, another casualty of modern times) and it gave me an anchor to focus on. I knew then which way the train was headed. I think our lives are much the same way. When it gets so busy, so hectic, so crazy, take a deep breath and look around. There is always something to anchor us. For some it is the belief in a higher power, for others it may be family and friends, yet others may use a site like this to decompress. The bottom line is that there is always something there if you choose to seek it out. Without it you will have a difficult time finding and keeping your perspective. For me it is a combination of all 3 of the things I mentioned. Thank you to all the wonderful folks on this site ~~you know who you are, if I try and name them all I'll no doubt forget someone and find myself banned ;-)~~ who have made me feel so welcome these last few months. Rich
