Shot from a hill overlooking Lake Michigan, December 12th, early morning. The temperature is 8 degrees with a wind chill of -10. The lake is still far warmer then the air, and the land. Because of the conditions we had a rather unusual occurence - while the rest of the area was sunny and crystal clear, several miles out over the lake a cloud bank developed right at water level. I'm not sure how well it comes accross here, but I liked the slate grey of the slowly freezing water, the clouds and blueish sky above it. Honest comments and critiques please. Canon 40D 1/500, F16, ISO 200, exposure -1/3, Tamron lens 28-200 at 50, post work in NeatImage and Digital Image.
