This pictute was taken by my Daughter in one of the gardens at Navy Pier in Chicago. The water jumps from one garden to another at random times, but not a drop on the floor. I understand that one of the water canons cost in the neighborhood of 10,000 Dollars. This is not my neighborhood. BobZee
