I decided to post this pic because it is one of my personal favorites. My response to it is totally emotional, and so perhaps it will appeal to another tree-hugger! I grew up in Oregon and naturally loved those tall, lean Douglas fir trees. Then, when I moved to Virginia, I came to love the round, shorter trees that actually changed color in the Fall. I hope others will find this dense green canopy (with the sun pointing out selected leaves) to be a restful, as well as a beautiful, desktop. Thanks for coming to take a look!
