If you saw my earlier shot of rowing on the ganges in Varanasi, you will remember I wrote this.. "Early morning on the Ganges in Varanasi, India is something very special. You wake at 5am to see the sun rise and watch as ceremonies take place to worship the Hindu way. This man shows years of rowing. When he stopped he would scratch at the dry skin on his legs."
