The Palisades are all but hidden, with the heavy tree growth, along the river. They are forty million years old, and formed by the relentless flow of the Cimmaron River. I mirrored this image, mainly to give more dominance to what you can see of the Palisades. It is located North of Eagle Nest, New Mexico, just South of the Colorado border.
