I arrived at Comanche Peak in the middle of the night and decided to drive up as far as possible, which turned out to be the very top. Needles to say, I was the only one there. Daylight was still an hour or two off, so Zulu and I checked the small parking area (4 or 5 spaces) and found it was the only place to turn around to go back down. I repositioned the camper and waited for the sun. Never did see it, but after swearing a few times the clouds turned this nice color, and I managed to get a few shots.
