For a change of pace, this picture was taken in 1899 and shortly before sailing to Africa and the second Boer War. He's my Grandfather, Victor, from Gillingham, Kent, England. I copied it from the original that graced the dining room wall in my dad's home. I printed this on double weight paper many years ago, and being young and clueless, I forgot to get the horse's name.
