Regardless of the added effects it was sunrise on a cold February morning. The two large silhouettes across the bottom are called The Mittens, and if you look close you'll see that each monolith has a thumb rising from one side. Monument Valley is in the SouthEast corner of Utah on the Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona borders.
