I just call this neighborhood cat Tom Tom, I have no idea if it is a male or female, to me this cat looks like a male, and that is what I call him. He makes the rounds in my mom's small housing addition.

I keep a bowl of water, and dry food out for the critters, and I think he was heading that way. :)
