This was taken just a few miles from my home, they have a collection of the mini's from ponies, to a donkey. They are not always in a good position for photo opts. but today I did manage to get this one.

As you can see there is nothing to graze on, hay is an important staple around these parts, because of the harsh, hot, and humid, with no rain conditions.

I want to dedicate this one to Marsha, Pat (skates) Joanie, and Pat shotgun momma, as I know they are horse lovers.

Thanks for commenting, and again this was taken with the canon 40D, but used the canon 70-300 IS USM lens for this one, with a light touch of topaz editing.
