So cat like isn't it, but I sure would not want to try to rub that tummy, even though it is inviting. I would not want to feel the results.
Some might remember that a girl that was working there about 2 years ago, did not follow the proper steps, and it ended up that the tiger had her head in it's mouth. If that tiger wanted to kill her it could have very easily, but did not, it probably thought of her as a toy. The tiger was not put down, and is still there, but not on the actual tour, it seemed that many people flocked to EFRC after learning about the incident, morbid as it was, they took him off the tour.
Pat, and I actually had her as a quide afterwards, and she told us it was her fault. I think there were reasons for keeping her on there, but not sure why they did, and finally she left EFRC. and now is suing them.
We have told them what she told us, and they said that even though they were not at liberty to discuss it with us, they appreciated the help, if needed, but think it will be settled out of court.
I also learned that she is now a volunteer at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary which is closer to me, and I was kind of surprised to learn of that information, but I'm guessing she is not working in the same capacity as before.Thank you for commenting, I do appreciate it.
