Took this the other day and only just now got a chance to look at it closely. I caught him perfectly in focus! Mind, it wasn't that hard. These are the kind of flies that just hover in the sunlight... I almost had time to use a tripod! But what I love most about this shot is the background... it's so colorful! Enjoy.

Olympus E300, 1/640s, f/8, 150(300)mm, ISO 200.
