These are the begonias I'm growing this year on my terrace. They resemble tuberous begonia but are more closely related to Reiger begonia. They also do well in full sun or part shade and don't mind very hot temperatures or high humidity. As you can see the foliage is a shiny deep green-blue and the flowers are quite spectacular in color and about 3" across. This new series is making quite a splash in the garden centers in my area this spring since they are quite impressive when in full bloom. Of course, as all gardeners know, we'll see how they look in August! All comments and critiques appreciated.
