More of Arlington's flags and more of the electronics now available in the sport of horse racing. The flags here are the USA on either end and from left to right: Great Britain, Japan, Hong Kong, and The United Arab Emirates. The electronic toteboard is not as new technology as the jumbo screens but it beats a man with an abacus!
