This is a shot of the northern most point of the Hawaiian Islands located on the island of Kauai. I never posted this as I thought there wasn't much to see but water. But as I looked at it I realized the water here looks different than any place else with such a variety of color. Until I went to Hawaii I didn't know water could be in so many colors or that things could be so lushly verdant. This is one of two different images I'm thinking of entering in the current contest. (Lighter water shades frequently indicate coral beds underneath.)
