Decided to try out a new zoom with the Christmas full moon tonight. I have done very little night photography in my life so am rather a novice. The moon had risen over Lake Michigan with lots of scudding clouds covering it at times and moving behind it at other times. The clouds were beneath and behind when I got this shot. The shot was taken around 7:00pm.
